I am a live-out landlord trying to provide no-stress accommodation for professionals. I myself clean and maintain the property weekly. I am licensed by the Council and do everything fairly and discreetly.

You should choose my room because my house is clean and well maintained, you will be able to contact me anytime about anything, you will not have the stress of dealing with a big company, because my current tenants are great and because you will enjoy the experience.

I regret that I cannot accept couples or pets. (Cambridge City Council have licensed my house for only 5 people).
