A small furnished room will become available on August 15th for £450 (undergraduate students only).

I am a live in landlady, sharing my property with considerate future lodgers. So, peace and quietness is essential and appreciative.

The property is located within access to amenities, with walking distance to universities, shopping centres, city centre and the river Cam.
