Large loft room by Jesus Grn, from mid Sept

One large room available in an amazingly-located house on Victoria Road. Ten minutes walk into town, ten minutes to a Co-op, right next to a wine shop, safe and attractive area. You would be replacing one of us on the contract, which currently runs until February 2023 and can then be renewed as normal.

Rented through an agency, but landlord is responsive to any issues.

THE ROOM: £586pcm, not including bills (£120-ish per month).
Available 15th September, absolute earliest would be 12th.

The loft room comes with a bed and clothes rail but no other furniture. There is one dormer window. It is a little hot in the summer and a little cold in the winter but there is an electric heater available. The room is very spacious and quiet and feels like its own little private domain up the (steep) staircase.

THE HOUSE:
Really large kitchen, full sized fridge-freezer and a dishwasher (what a luxury). Nice little back garden but has been allowed to grow-over a little. If you like a bit of a garden maybe you can view it as a project.

Massive living room, it's a great area to relax. Also a separate dining room with table that can be used for work, etc.

Big bathroom with shower/bath and ... some kind of weird chaise longue for some reason.

Only three rooms in the house so two other people except you. Whole house is super spacious so it never feels like you're living on top of anybody else. Walls are decent so the whole place is pretty quiet. Other housemates are a trainee nurse and a mature student. So far people tend to keep themselves to themselves and the size of the house kind of facilitates that.
