Luxury Ensuite Room in Kite Area Cambridge (CB1)

Large Double Room In the beautiful Kite area, Near Midsummer Common and Cambridge University. Top Floor with ensuite shower room, 2 other female lodgers.

The room available is Top Floor, has four windows to two aspects - Is furnished with a king size bed with quality pocket-sprung mattress, desk and chair, Set of drawers, bedside cabinets and a large selection of built-in wardrobes and cupboards. There is also a mirror, blackout blinds and an Ensuite shower room. It is very quiet and very private considering its right in the centre of Cambridge. There are windows looking towards kings college chapel and another two roof windows.

The ensuite has a shower, toilet, wash-basin, mirror, bathroom cabinet and radiator. There are plenty of towel rails too,

On 1st floor there are two female lodgers' rooms and a bathroom with a bath, toilet, wash-basin and a shower. There's also an additional toilet on the ground floor. You have use of the kitchen as long as you clean it up after you use it. You have your own cupboard for food, and a shelf in the fridge and one space in the freezer you can use. There is a Gas cooker, electric oven, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle.

You can use the rear courtyard garden for secure bike storage, drying your laundry or relaxing on the bistro set.

I'm looking for someone quiet, tidy and respectful. I do a monthly rolling contract, but prefer lodgers who want to stay at least 6 months if possible.

My other lodgers are professionals and walk to work. Another professional female to join them would be great.

All Utility Bills are included, so you don't have to pay Council Tax, Electricity, Gas, Heating, Internet, Water etc. Just pay the rent! Room is for single occupancy.

Very Important: you must be clean and tidy and respectful, this would suit a quiet person.
