I'm moving out because my college has offered me a college room, and I'm looking for a new tenant to replace me. To be eligible to rent this studio, you need to be a university student. The tenancy will end in September 2023. Also, if you have a UK-based guarantor, you are eligible to pay rents in three instalments. Otherwise, you need to pay the total rent before moving in.
