Double bedroom near city centre + river

Double bedroom available in a newly refurbished apartment. Bills are included (council tax, service charge, bills, internet included- except cleaner). You’ll be sharing the apartment with myself, but I work away a lot.

The location is fantastic- right next to the river and a short walk to the town centre. Quick cycle ride to Addenbrookes (17min) , science park (12min) and train station (10min). Supermarket nearby (Coop, Sainsbury, Aldi), shops and pubs.

The apartment has its own entry way so feels very private, and the building is quiet. Lovely garden and secure locked bicycle rack.
The living room has a comfy sofa and big bay window which lets in lots of light. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower head with really good pressure and hot water.
