Looking for a housemate

Hi there
I’m a 44 year old professional male who is looking for a trustworthy housemate. The property itself is a Victorian style house with two floors and I am looking for someone for the upper level. There are two rooms on this floor (a large and a small one, not furnished). So it’s like a “first floor apartment”.
There are two bathrooms in the house, a shared dining room, a kitchen and also a small patio at the back.
The house located at the city centre, next to the Newmarket Road / Elizabeth Way roundabout, close to the river and actually close to everything: 1 minute walk from Newmarket Road bus stop, 10-15 minutes walk from Tesco or the historical city centre.
The rent is £750 pcm plus bills and taxes, so approximately £1000 pcm altogether (depending on the usage of gas, electricity, water etc).
