Lovely bay fronted double room close to town. Available from April - August. Looking for a short term tenant that is sociable and easy going. As a house we often cook together and chill out with some trash TV or a pint. The area is great, with a lovely local pub and Parkers Piece no more than 2 minutes away. The house has a good sized kitchen, spare room/office and communal living room.

Room is available immediately till the 7th of August.

Bills are £100 and include cleaner.
