Light double room

This room is available from 16 May 2025 and please note I have 2 well behaved cats and a dog.

The house has recently been renovated and extended and is decorated to a high standard throughout. The double bedroom is light, airy and warm and contains a double bed, desk, bedside table, chest of drawers, book shelves and wardrobe .

The shared bathroom consists of toilet, wash hand basin, bath and shower.

The kitchen / diner is bright and modern with washing machine, fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven and microwave.. There is a large table in the kitchen and tenants are welcome to eat there. A cleaning lady comes once a week to clean the house.

There is also a very pretty garden with 2 patios for sitting outside in the better weather.

I am looking for a professional female tenant who is quiet, friendly and considerate. The room is available from 16 May 2025.
