Would suit someone looking for accommodation close to Addenbrooke's or ARM. Within easy reach of the shops and amenities on Cherry Hinton Road. Also close to the Light Cinema and leisure centre. Good transport links to the city centre (the nearest bus stop is just around the corner).
There is on-street parking and a bike shed for secure bike parking.
The room is furnished with a sofa-bed and chair, a wardrobe with storage space and a mirror.
Looking for someone who doesn't mainly work from home, as I work from home myself. No pets allowed, non-smokers only.
