This is a safe and secure environment in an all-female house with a strictly no visitor policy. If you want to get on with your life without any disturbance, this is a safe and secure place to stay in the very centre of Cambridge.

This is ideal for anyone working or studying at Cambridge University, the closest college is Christs / Jesus.

This is a mature household, that's why you need to be over 24 years old preferably and to keep relatively social able hours. The current other two girls are quiet and clean and keep the house clean and tidy.

The room available is Top Floor, has four windows to two aspects - Is furnished with a king size bed with Millbrook pocket-sprung mattress, desk and chair, Set of drawers, bedside cabinets and lots of built-in wardrobes and cupboards. There is also a mirror, blackout blinds and an Ensuite shower room with wash basin and WC.. It is very quiet and very private considering its right in the centre of Cambridge. There are two windows looking towards kings college chapel and another two roof windows.

The ensuite has a shower, toilet, wash-basin, mirror, bathroom cabinet and radiator. There are plenty of towel rails too,

On 1st floor there are two lodgers' rooms and a bathroom. There's also an additional toilet on the ground floor. You have use of the kitchen as long as you clean it up as you go. You have your own cupboard for food, and a shelf in the fridge and one drawer in the freezer you can use. There is a Gas cooker, electric oven, washing machine, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and kettle.

You can use the rear courtyard garden for secure bike storage, drying your laundry or relaxing on the bistro set.

I live on the ground floor, but I am seldom there.

I'm looking for someone quiet, tidy and respectful. I do a 6 month rolling contract, but you can stay as long as you like if you are happy.

My other lodgers are professionals and walk to work. Another professional female to join them would be great. I am away a lot of the time, so usually there would just be the three of you in the whole house.

All Utility Bills are included, plus internet. Room is for single occupancy.
