£700 Per Month, this includes all utility bills, wifi and council tax. £300 deposit. A contract is offered and ‘right to rent’ check will be carried out.

Electric scooter/bike not allowed due to be a fire hazard. No pets allowed, sorry.

You will be expected to look after your own space inclusive of clearing up after yourself especially in kitchen and bathroom! Communal areas are cleaned once a week.
