The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and includes a cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave which are all intergrated. There is a washing machine and another fridge freezer in the utility room.
There is a large communal lounge overlooking the garden with decking. There is a secure area to park bikes. Parking permits for road parking are available from the Council if required.
