Description
Looking for a spacious room with en-suite in a spacious house with friendly and welcoming housemates? Look no further than our room for rent!
Located in a central and quiet neighborhood, our house is the perfect place to call home. The room itself is spacious and comfortable, with its own bathroom, and a balcony to make it your own. There is currently a small couch and a coffee table in there (could be acquired). The shared spaces in the house are spacious and well-furnished, including a fully equipped kitchen (including dish washer, washing machine, dryer, and air fryer!!), a big living room, and a beautiful backyard.
The location is a huge advantage of our house. Within 15 minutes, you can walk to the station or the city centre. Most of the university buildings are close by. Even if you work at Addenbrooks, you can cycle there comfortably within 15 minutes from our place.
The best part of living in this house are probably your future flatmates. Marian and me (Sebastian) are both working in research. Marian is an immunology researcher and I am a lecturer in social sciences.
We often hang out together, have a meal, and have good conversation. We are friendly and social but also respect each others personal space and independence. Sometimes we have friends coming over for board games or dinner.
We are looking for someone laid back who enjoys a nice living space. We have a cleaner coming every two or three weeks but we'd appreciate someone who keeps the shared living space (especially the kitchen) nice and tidy. We are open to professionals or postgrad students.
Get in touch if you want to come for a viewing. If you could include some details about yourself e. g. what you do for a living, your personality, and what sort of house you are looking for, that would great.
Also let us know if you have any questions.

The utilities are about 100 p. p. per month, including everything (even a bi-weekly cleaning of the common area). So, the overall cost of the room should be around 950 including everything. The deposit is one months rent.
The room is available from now on. The furniture (except the bed) can be bought over from me (Sebastian) who is currently occupying the room. I will move to the small room as I will be traveling more frequently for work.
We are planning on scheduling visits for Thursday night (4th July) and Saturday (6th July).
