Room Available In Friendly, Female House Share

Hello! We're Meg & Anna, two friends, and we have a room free in our friendly 3 bed house share.

We have been living together for the last 2 years in another house share, however our landlord is now selling so we are moving just down the road to this one. Our move in date is 8th August 2024.

We are looking for preferably females in their 20s and 30s, and would love someone who can become a friend, not just a housemate. We both met on Spareroom too and have had a great experience.

THE ROOM/HOUSE
We have a single room available in this 3 bed house share. The room is mostly furnished, including single bed and built in storage. The house is largely unfurnished, however we already have most other furniture so no need to worry about that. The house is less than 30 minutes walk from Cambridge city centre, and is also right in the middle of the bustling Mill Road area, which has plenty of shops and cafes. There is on street parking (no permit required). House has one bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and living room. We have additional videos of the property we can share with you.

WHO ARE WE?
Meg is an engineer and Anna works in marketing for a charity. We are both in our mid/late 20s and are looking for women of a similar age to join us in our new house. We are friendly and social, enjoying everything from pub quiz outings, to house roast dinners, to cosy film nights in. We also understand how to respect privacy within house shares and keep a clean and homely house! We both met on Spareroom ourselves so have had good experience with buddy ups 🙂 We are currently living in a 4 bed along with our two lovely housemates (also found on Spareroom), however they will shortly be moving in with their respective partners. LGBTQ+ friendly.
