A little more than just a room to rent.

I am looking for a special person to share my home with -someone compatible who would be willing to take on some modest household chores and be prepared to help me a little generally, as I have some mobility issues,. The ideal person might be a PhD student or a post doc, but I would also consider a professional. The rent is pitched at a figure to reflect such an arrangement.

I have a reasonable sized, quiett room to offer, which overlooks the secluded, leafy back garden of my late Victorian house. It comes with almost exclusive use of an adjoining bathroom and shared use of a kitchen, communal areas and a garden.

All services and Wi-Fi are included, but there is no car park..

The house is located close to the river and within easy walking distance of the city centre, and there is a surprisingly good range of shops, pubs and places to eat nearby..
