There is a huge garden room with a half size snooker table made from slate and felt, which can also be used for ping pong. The garden room doubles up as a separate entertaining area or work area away from the house, for drying clothes and extra storage. Off this snooker room is a cinema or games room with a huge comfortable sofa.

The larger room is like a mini apartment, with three separate areas and come with a private terrace area. It is one of these which is available and another ground floor room with large en suite and desk area off the main bedroom. Will send more pics on request
There is a cleaner who comes to the communal areas regularly and also a gardener who keeps the garden looking nice.

The house is light and bright; everything is new from the mattress to the toilet. There is space for one car, but street parking is free although its only a ten minute walk to the Magdelene Bridge. There is a covered cycle rack for six bikes with secure Sheffield racks to lock up to.

The area is residential and quiet and has an annual street party in the summer.

The lanlord - the house is run by a local family, I take care of it and live locally and having lived in enough appalling accommodation in my life, respect how important it is to have quality housing available. I treat my tenants with absolute respect and respond immediately yo any problems. I have a stand back approach and respect privacy. We have another house in Milton Road, near the science park, and tenants there will stay several years as they feel extremely comfortable and usually only move out if they relocate.
