The lanlord - the house is run by a local family, I take care of it and live locally and having lived in enough appalling accommodation in my life, respect how important it is to have quality housing available. I treat my tenants with absolute respect and respond immediately yo any problems. I have a stand back approach and respect privacy. We have another house in Milton Road, near the science park, and tenants there will stay several years as they feel extremely comfortable and usually only move out if they relocate.
