Room available by Jesus green

Second floor room available in lovely cosy 2 bed flat located just off jesus green. It is a smaller room within the original Victorian building (it has quirky windows), so probably would make a decent single room, but it can fit a double bed in.

Flat has a large living room space with vaulted ceilings, a modern kitchen (shared), a nice sized bathroom (shared), a private loft space and a shared garden with a covered bicycle storage with back garden access. The flat also has a washer/dryer and the usual amenities.

Water bills are included in the rent price and other bills would have to be split with me. Other bills (gas, electricity, internet) are about £42 monthly.

This flat was originally rented as a couple, but due to an unforeseen break up, the room as became available, so you would be taking over my ex's tenancy (from September, potentially earlier). Looking for someone who can bring a positive friendly vibe to the flat and make it our own cool home, as I originally anticipated. It's mostly furnished as this is my first private rent, so can talk to me what size bed you would prefer and I will do my best to accommodate ( a 3/4 or single would be ideal for the room size) 😊

It's a short walk into the town with access to the Cambridge colleges and busses are regular. Not far from shops and the pubs and lido are a stones throw away. Opposite Jesus green, and an absolutely lovely location to be in Cambridge.
