Double room with private bathroom

My housemate is moving out and I am looking for a new housemate to share this lovely apartment with me. It is located in the city centre, a couple minutes walk from the Grafton centre and 5 minutes walk from some great restaurants on Mill Road.

The flat is fully furnished to a high standard with double glazed windows, underfloor heating, bike shed and car parking space.

The double room available is bright and spacious. It has a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and a large wardrobe with mirrors. Plus, you will have your own private bathroom and entrance to the house that I never use. This will be your private portion of the house!

The only part you will share with me is the kitchen and living room, which are modern spaces. The kitchen contains all the white goods, including a dishwasher.

I work in science and I spend a good proportion of my time working. Outside of work, I’m into music, movies and travelling. I would like to find someone sociable, tidy and clean, who I can enjoy a chat with and the occasional meal together. We will share the housekeeping duties.

The bills (including council tax) range from £150-200 per month depending on the time of year.
