A lovely, modern, and clean **large single-bedroom** will be available starting beginning of September.

You’ll share a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, along with a living room and balcony, with me. The flat is situated in a quiet area of Cambridge, just a 5-minute walk from the big Sainsbury’s and a 20 minute walk to Cambridge rail station.
