I am Danai, Greek, 34yo, looking for a new flatmate. I had lived in the flat for 1.5years and my flatmate is moving to another city. I am looking for someone respectful, clean and after 10pm quiet.
The flat is on Ravenworth Gardens, 3mins walk from the train station and bus stops towards all Cambridgeshire. It is 7mins walk to Mills road. There are 2 bedrooms, the walls are not connected, so there is a lot of privacy. The living room is spacious, there is space if you have a sofa or other furniture. I would like to set up the living room with my flatmate so it will feel like home for both of us. The kitchen has a lot of storage space.
The bills are around 150-200, per month, per person, including council tax.
Please don't smoke in the house.
