Description
We have one comfortable furnished room available from September in a friendly house share. As one of us is sadly moving out end of September.
Room: single room £ 760
Bills: included
Deposit is equal to a month's rent fee.
**We are also advertising another bedroom (double) in this same house, spareroom reference number:
#10856422
ADVERT STATUS UPDATE:
We`ve started to reply to your messages (10/9).
Planning to have house viewings for the upcoming 3 weeks
MFAQ: Is the room still available?
Yes, it is :)
We are currently reading only your messages, but we will reply as soon as possible in the next few days.
The room:
is on the first floor and faces the street. It comes furnished with a small double-size bed, desk, chair (not the one in the pic), shelves, wardrobe, bedside table and mirror.
Shared toilet on the same floor.
The rent covers everything - utilities, Freeview, council tax, and internet. The price also covers communal areas cleaners once every 2 weeks, for the rest we have a simple cleaning/dishwasher rota.
The housemates:
2 girls and 1 guy, all aged 24-30, looking for a sociable professional to join us! We're a friendly bunch and like to spend time together, but we also respect each other's privacy and like to spend time with our friends.
We're looking for:
a like-minded, sociable housemate aged 24-30. We like to have a balance in the house (as it usually has been), but as the leaving tenant is a guy, we are happy to consider any person and we, obviously, are open LGBTQ+ and non-binary people too.
The house:
is a large Victorian terraced house comprising 5 bedrooms (+2 extra bedrooms, located in the basement but out of market atm), 2 bathrooms, 1 lounge and 1 large kitchen with all the mod cons. There’s a patio at the rear with street access where you can store your bike and have a barbecue if the weather’s good.
It’s located just off Mill Rd and so provides quick access to the city centre (10 minute walk) and the train station (7 minute walk). It’s a vibrant area of the city, adjoining Parker’s Piece, with plenty of good restaurants and pubs.
Local Sainsbury`s and brand new Coop 1 minute walking far!
Parking permits are available from the local council for on-street parking. This is an additional cost.
Please note, the MINIMUM CONTRACT IS 6 MONTHS.
Please email us if you are interested or have questions, and tell us a bit about yourself (e. g. your age, background, occupation and wider interests/passions). Look forward to hearing from you!
***We will start replying to messages ONLY WHEN our advert will be "free to contact" to give everyone a chance to message (no first arrived, first served) and we will arrange house viewing slots since then.
Regarding the house views, we (current tenants) are considering to host house views from mid-September.
