Large, light-filled double room and bathroom

I have a large double room about 10 mins walk to the city centre across Jesus Common. It has stripped wood floors and bright south-facing windows. The street is a small, discreet no-through road, so very quiet.

The bedroom is on the 1st floor, where there is a large bathroom. I’d be on the floor above, where I would have my own bathroom. There is no-one else living here.

In the photos I’m using for this ad, the bedroom has some personal things in it. These would all be removed, along with the pine chest (sorry, it’s rather lovely!) and the white chest in the corner. I will be adding a small table and chair in the room, which are available to see elsewhere in the house.

I am looking for a very quiet, clean and mature adult who does not work from home. It's really important to clarify that this room is *not* available to people who work from home during the day.

I am happy for this to be a Monday-to-Friday let, with rates to be discussed.
