Central double room with own bathroom

Hello, I'm looking for a friendly housemate for a centrally located house.

The communal space includes a large living/dining area, garden with secure bike storage and seating, spacious hallway and kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine and gas hob. There is also a nice sized separate office upstairs.

The bedroom comfortably fits a full double bed with space for a desk or armchair. The room currently comes with a 4 foot double bed and Ikea mattress.  My housemate who is leaving can leave the desk and bookshelf for a reasonable price if you would like these. The bedroom also has two double built in wardrobes with space above, giving plenty of storage space.

The bright family sized bathroom of the house is adjacent to the bedroom, which would be your private bathroom. The bathroom comes with an electric shower and full size bath.

The location is a huge advantage of the house, ideally located between the city centre and train station while being in a quiet residential area.

I have lived in Cambridge for around five years and work full time in research. I enjoy having a sociable house but also respect each others personal space and independence.

I'm ideally looking for someone similarly easygoing who enjoys a nice/tidy living space. The room is open to professionals or postgrad students.

The room is available from the 11th of November but with flexibility to start the tenancy up to around the end of November/start of December.

The utilities are about 120 p. p. per month (based on most recent bills, varies between winter and summer), including gas, electric, WiFi and water. Council tax is an additional £143 p. p per month.
