Location: CB1, very close to central Cambridge, ARU, Grafton Centre, Mill Road. Close to bus stops for Addenbrooke's Hospital, science/retail parks etc.
Rent is £540 inclusive of all bills, including fast broadband, to be paid on the last day of each month.
The house has a shared bathroom and a large living room. The room has a single bed with mattress, desk, chair, open wardrobe and built-in cupboard. If you have your own furniture, this is fine too - we can remove anything you don't need. Not suitable for couples due to size of room. Bike racks outside the house and car parking permits available from city council.
