Fully furnished annex in CB1

Our annex consists of two rooms with a large bedroom/kitchenette and adjacent bathroom. Access is from a private entrance with patio doors and secluded garden. the flat is suitable for a single professional of student on a placement to Cambridge. All bills including council tax with good broadband are included in the rental. The annex is fully furnished and has mini cooker, microwave and washing machine. It is cosy and has double bed, wardrobe and drawers as well as a large bookcase.
Only non smokers are acceptable. A single car park is available and bike rack too at the front of the property which is in a very quiet street. Several take aways, PO shop, deli and bus stop are 1 minute walk from the property and it only takes 10 minutes to cycle to railway station or walk to several larger food stores.
