Double room (single occupancy) available in a shared house on Natal road (just off Mill Road), walking/cycling distance from city centre and ideally located close to restaurants, shops, pubs and a big Sainsbury's.

Room is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

House is fully equipped with everything needed, large rear garden with patio area and ample ON-street parking. Large garage for bike storage.

House will be shared with two professionals, both male (30 & 35)

The room will be available from the 1st November, not earlier as current housemate will be here until then. Rent per month £478 PLUS BILLS, all in it normally comes to £673 per month.

One month’s deposit of £478 required and will be placed with the Tenancy deposit scheme and refundable at the end of the tenancy. MINIMUM 6 month contract, no shorter terms available.

We are looking for someone easy going and sociable who can clean up after themselves, house is pretty chilled.
