En-suite double room near center of Cambridge

We are looking for someone to share our comfortable and modern 3-bed flat.

The flat is on the first floor of a new build near Homerton college, and consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a spacious kitchen/living area with small balcony overlooking a shared garden. It has all the mod cons including double glazed windows, underfloor heating and a fully-fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, washing machine etc). It’s located in a quiet and convenient location with shops and Cambridge Leisure Park a short walk away; 10-15 min walk to the train station, and 25 min walk to the city centre. There is limited parking available. Both rooms have an en-suite. One of them has a built-in wardrobe.

Bills come up to £130 per person per month. The house is pretty warm in winter and bill isn’t too high.
There’s a deposit to pay when you move in. Agency will also need references.

We are looking for a young professional (preferably) who is quiet, considerate and very clean. We prefer to not have a cleaning rota and just make sure we clean up fully after ourselves. Before applying please make sure you are willing to commit to this ethos.

Current housemates:

Julia: I have been here for 2 years now. I love this house and take care of it as if it was my own. I like sports (cycling, tennis) and like to chill at home. I work from home 3 days per week. Looking for someone nice, considerate and friendly to enjoy sharing the flat and who will take care of it.

Katrina: I am new to this house, but I’ve liked it since the first time I saw it. It's very clean and tidy. Julia is really nice too. I enjoys doing sports (yoga, pilates, tennis) and watching movies in my free time. Looking forward to living with someone friendly and considerate.

The rooms are unfurnished but there may be something that the current tenant would like to sell.

The room is available from the 7th of October.

We are wanting to get this sort as soon as possible, so will be holding viewings on the evenings this week, initially, in person only.
