Hello.

I’m planning to move from the city and I’m looking for someone to replace me. The house has an excellent location next to Jesus green it’s basically 2 minutes walk from it, you can see the river on the window and during summer you’ll see a lot of people doing panting. It’s a double bedroom with separated bathroom. Very sunny as it has a wall just from windows if you’d like natural light. It’s situated at second floor, a nice and cosy room for a proffesional worker preferably. You are going to share the house with Lauren, she’s lovely. The rent is 662,5£ + bills, I pay 770£ - 790£ depends of the month. This room it’s just for 1 person only!
