The house is close to Addenbrookes Hospital. It's a 10 min walk to the train station or 20 minute walk to the City Centre. There are good bus links from the Bus Station at the hospital.

The minimum tenancy is 6 months and you need to be able to move in on or shorly after 13 November 2024.
