Double room in city centre house

Hi, we are looking for somebody to join us in our house, as our third housemate is moving out soon. The room is available from November 1st - April 1st (5 months, with potential to extend). You'd be living with one male and one female.

The house is located a 5-10 minute walk from the city centre, with on-street parking. The location is great with plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby, literally just a few minutes from the river.

There is currently one double bedroom available to move into from November 1st onwards. It comes furnished with a double bed, side table, wardrobe, etc. and is located on the first floor, sharing a bathroom with the other first floor occupant.

In keeping with the communal feel, all bills are split equally and we operate a shared pantry to keep things simple. The house has 3 toilets and 2 bath/showers across 3 floors. Downstairs, we've got an open plan kitchen/living space, and an extra storage room/office to keep things tidy. We also have a garden with lots of flowers and an unhinged number of tomatoes, plus there's plenty of room for bikes out back in a secure shed. Massive bonus: there is also a dishwasher!

This isn't just a faceless rental advert where we will offer the room to the first person who applies. This is our home, so we do care about who ends up joining us in it - get in touch and tell us about yourself!

Working professionals preferred. You'd also need to be okay with dogs, as occasionally we have visitors.
