This lovely family home is an ideal short term rental for a couple or young family looking to relocate to Cambridge or a professional person on working short term in the city.
I really like my neighbours who have young children so this home would not be suitable for folk who like to party at home! And absolutely no students or under 25's please, (the home is not available on a shared individual room basis.)
The 3 bedrooms have : a superking bed, a large double and a small single bed. I will be asking to meet all potential tenants to show them around this lovely property. The rent is inclusive of bills.
