Cozy self-enclosed ground-floor flat

Hi everyone, I’m looking to sublet my room while I’ll be away between December 24 - January 26. Ideally looking for someone to take over for the entire period but shorter stays can be organized. Rent for the entire period would be £800 with bills and council tax included. Rent for shorter stays would simply be proportional to the number of days stayed.

About the room -
Located in a great area (Newnham, not far from grantchester), 5-10 minute cycle to the city center and about a 5 minute walk to the local Co-op and the famous Red Bull pub. Plenty of scenic walks to do in the neighborhood too. If you’re sporty, the house literally neighbors several Cambridge college sports grounds so very ideal.

The room is essentially a self-enclosed ground floor flat with direct access to the garden. The landlord and 3 other tenants live in the main area of the house. However, since the room is only accessible via the side-gate, none of the other tenants or landlord ever come on this side of house (unless they need to use the laundry machine) so the room is basically completely private from the rest of the house.
The room boasts a very cozy and spacious living area, working desk, basic cooking appliances (Micowave, kettle, toaster), a little corridor and a massive bed.
While the other tenants all have to share a bathroom in the main area of the house, this room comes with its private kitchen and bathroom area. However, these are located in a little outhouse in the garden. Although some may find the detachment of these area unideal, they would only be yours to use so no need to worry about other tenants using them. There is a washing machine in the outhouse which the house’s tenants are only allowed to use on weekends (so again, super private!)

This is an absolutely lovely space and I am looking for an individual that will take good care of it, look after it, and not leave it messy upon my return 🙂
