Modern 2-bedroom flat near Cambridge station

Hi ya!

I’m Chau – trained as pharmacist and now working in Industry under R&D. Will be moving to a 2-bed (2-bathroom) flat soon on the 4th December, and looking for another girl to buddy up (this is a female only ad – sorry!). The rent is around £1,100 including council tax, bills and all electricity. Would be up for either us signing the contract together, or happy to sign the contract by myself. The flat is new built, high security, with one parking available as I don’t have a car and secure bike storage. Would recommend an actual viewing if you want to see the flat – It’s a gem (which is why I took it and now needs to find a flatmate). I have videos but don't have pictures so just posted a picture cut from video with floor plan but happy to send videos when contacted.

I actually (sadly) love working, hence looking for a place that I can call home (or home-ish) whenever coming home after work. It’s the normal 9-to-5 with flexibility of working from home.

For the infamous question of what do I do in my free time – Most of my free time in Cambridge is for yoga/gym, or sometimes hanging out with friends, or going to coffee shops. Love talking about life/or to have philosophical conversations but can just be humorous instead depending on preferences. Have a lot of books from ‘The school of life’ and my favourite book right now is the ‘Forty rules of love’.

Looking for someone to share the place with and could be a friend whenever needed.
