Shared room

We are staying for more than 3years in Cambridge, The building is located centre of Cambridge, it will be a room shared between 2 people, there is already a roommate staying who has been with us for 2 years, quite and kind, if you are a person who is kind and compose and keeping the room neat and tidy then this is for you. Groceries are shared between all, 1 of them will cook everyday mostly Indian food but if you prefer to cook and eat alone, yes you can go ahead. The property is walkable, Anglia Ruskin university 4min walk, Grafton centre 4 min walk, Grand arcade 8mins walk, city centre 5mins away. (Students allowed, no council tax) professional will pay extra council tax only shared. Please reach me here if required. Thank you.
