Double attic room with en-suite

A large attic room with en-suite has become available.
I run a business from home, that involves animals. Potential flatmate must be ok with animals. I also own a small dog. My living space is located on the first floor. My business is ground floor based. Tenant has use of shared kitchen area.
Short term lets preferred, But long term considered for the right person.
Female preferred
The house is a very beautiful old Victorian property, with so many original features. Looking for someone who is quiet and considerate. Clean and tidy.
