I run a home-based business that involves animals, so it’s important that the new tenant is comfortable around them. I also have a small, friendly dog. My living space is on the first floor, while my business operates from the ground floor.

The tenant will have access to a shared kitchen.

I’m ideally looking for someone quiet, considerate, clean, and tidy. Short-term lets are preferred, but I’m open to long-term arrangements for the right person.
