This is a lovely residential area in Central Cambridge. Walking Distance into town, to the Train Station and Botanic Gardens across the road. Tesco Express and Coop are walking distance, along with some restaurants.

Room includes Double Bed, Wardrobe, 3 x Chest of Drawers.. Beautiful Bay Window looking on to wide street. Calm area due to traffic calming measures (bollards).

Landlady is going away, hence short-term let of her bedroom. Currently one lodger already living in the flat. Room is available 19 January 2026 until 30 March 2026.

The building comprises 2 flats (originally it was one house). The Flat is on the First Floor with a garden 🌳🌺 that is shared with the Ground Floor Flat (very amicable).

Shared bathroom and kitchen with another lodger. Living room is available to use.

Bills are all included: Council Tax, Gas/Elec, Water, Internet.

Looking for a professional who DOES NOT WORK FROM HOME during the week. Also happy with a postgraduate as long as they are not working from home during the day (Mon-Fri).

Being close to the station, the room would also suit someone working in Cambridge from Monday to Friday.
