Very large double room in central Cambridge. My property is on Eden Street which is one of the most sought after streets in the area. Very pretty and very convenient for access to city centre, colleges and faculties. The property is very close to bus routes to science parks, Addenbrookes and the west Cambridge sites.
I live alone with my friendly German Shepherd, Lyra. My home is very warm and cosy with a lovely private garden. Preferably looking for a professional who works during the day or a full time mature student. The room has under bed storage (4 large drawers), a wardrobe and desk with comfortable chair. There’s also room for a small sofa , tv unit and table to put kettle and microwave if wanted. Also enough space for a small fridge if required although totally free to use the kitchen and living/dining areas. I’m hoping to travel quite a bit this year so the house would often be empty for the right tenant.
