Hey everyone, looking for person to sublet my room for for 2 months (1st July - 31st August) in a 2-bedroom flat near west Mill Road/ Grafton Centre that comes with two balconies 🌿🐌. Flat has a big open-plan kitchen/living room, 1 spacious bathroom and a washing/dryer machine, it also has a private free car park. Currently, 1 bedroom is available for a summer stay from 1st July to 31st August at £762 PCM (excluding bills which are ca £150 PCM). The room has a double bed and desk, and lots of space. Some flexibility on the dates for living there if required, but a 2 month stay is preferred.
All my personal stuff and clothes will be cleared from the room for the stay.
