Cosy central room available June 3rd

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our charming central flat in Cambridge, either from June through August or longer term.

Current housemates: We are a civil engineer and a mature PhD student; we both work primarily from an office but occasionally at home. We’re looking for a warm, friendly, and clean housemate to join the flat.

Rent: Rent is £600 for the room and use of a storage space under the stairs.

Bills: Bills range depending on the season but average out to about £175. This includes council tax, tv license, and a weekly cleaner.

Start date: the room will be available to move in from the first week of June, and we’d love to find someone who can contribute to the rent then or soon after. There’s some flexibility - if you need to move in on June 1st, please let us know!

Room: The previous flatmate can sell on her bed frame (with under bed storage), mattress, desk, drawers, storage basket and lampshade for £175 - or if you’re only coming for the summer, you can just borrow them!

Bathroom: The bathroom is shared between two housemates and has an over-bath shower.

Other: There is secure bike storage in a back patio shared with the other flats. The area has permitted parking that can be purchased from the council.

Location: The location can’t be beat, it’s next to Christ’s Pieces and the Drummer’s Street bus station, 2 min from the Grafton and 2 min from the centre of town.
