Small single and double room central Cambridge

Hello there,

2 rooms available the property is located in a very convenient area.

Small single room ( ideal if you study or work in the library) no desk or space for it

Double room large desk, single bed.

Both rooms have brand new orthopaedic mattress so it’s quite comfortable.

My 2 friends/housemates will be away for traveling & PHD projects so we are renting their rooms to cover the rent and cost until they come back.

We are looking for someone responsible, honest and friendly to take over the room for a period of time.

Clean, organised, friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The location it’s great , really nice residential area.

We have a garden, free parking, dining room, kitchen, broadband, and a cleaning rota that we all do once a week to keep the house and bathroom clean and tidy. If you don’t like doing the cleaning or have no time you can always pay a cleaner when it’s your turn for cleaning that’s not a problem 🙂
