Room available from end of August near Midsummer C

We have a furnished double bedroom available from 28th August for a six month tenancy (with the option to extend). The monthly rent and bills is approx £670 per month (if you are not a student, you will have to contribute to council tax).

The house is near Midsummer Common and shared with four others (PhD students and post doc), it's very spacious with a large kitchen/dining area, living room, two bathrooms and a beautiful garden! We also have a garage to store bikes and a driveway if you have a car.
