Sublet in Central Cambridge Jul 1 – Oct 1

Hello! I am subletting my room at £500 per month, while I am away from Cambridge July, August, and September (no extensions, minimum stay is two months, dates are flexible). It is a cosy, spacious, ground floor, double room in a terraced house in a lovely part of central Cambridge just off Midsummer Common. The room is furnished with a single bed, inbuilt shelves, table, two chairs, and a clothes rack. There is a common bathroom, living/dining room and a small garden, a fully fitted kitchen with an extra fridge. There is a large shed with ample storage and bike space. The house has a lot of charming period features. Council tax and bills are around £150 a month. This is a quiet household with fantastic flatmates: a professional male (50s) and a refugee from Ukraine (70s). The set up will suit a professional or a studious postgraduate student who seeks a friendly house within a walking distance to amenities and workplaces in central Cambridge. Personal viewings are preferred. Questions welcome. Ideally, we would like candidates to visit next week.
