Hi! I am looking for a female tenant to share a room with my other housemate in a 2 bed house. The house is well furnished and is located at a very prime location on Mill Rd. 10 mins walk to Anglia Ruskin University, 15 mins walk to the City Centre. Currently we are 4 girls in the house where the 4th female is going to vacate her room and we need someone to replace her. We are looking for someone who is tidy and respectful to the other tenants.
