The Forum is the perfect home from home for all University students, and particularly those traveling to Addenbrookes. The site is situated in a residential area close to supermarkets. The rent includes electricity, gas (where applicable), water, communal area TV license, and Wifi. Outside, The Forum offers several well-maintained areas, perfect for alfresco studying, as well as several secure cycle storage areas.

The flats range in size and layout. Each flat contains a kitchen with fridge/freezer(s), sink, hob, and oven. A real bonus is that each kitchen contains a dishwasher. The 5-bedroom flats provide great communal spaces, allowing any flat social night to be possible. Bedroom doors are fitted with an individual lock-suite providing privacy and security. Bedrooms contain a bed and mattress, a wardrobe or hanging rail, and a chest of drawers and desk. Many rooms also feature additional storage drawers or shelving units too. Communal coin-operated laundry machines are located in the main part of the building. Our rents are per room and do vary.
