Description
Hi, we have a spacious double bedroom in our relaxed house share available from 1st of Nov.
The room is very generously sized and gets lots of light. It comes furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers (not in the photos), box shelving, desk, chair and small pull out couch. Double bed available, or the room can come without if you have your own.
The house is central and in easy walking distance to the town center, Midsummer Common and some great pubs. We are close to two convenient mini supermarkets (Waitrose and Tesco) and within 15 minutes of larger shops at the Beehive center. There is on road parking- a permit can be applied for through the council.
We have a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, gas hob, big fridge-freezer, microwave, airfryer and dryer) There is a cosy living room for watching TV and relaxing. The bathroom has a bath and shower and we have a spacious garden with seating and a hammock.
You will be sharing with two professionals. I work in the museum sector and like art, bouldering and going for coffee. Liam works for CUPA and loves to read, write and watch sport.
We get on well but respect one another’s privacy and enjoy having a calm, clean space to come home to and relax in.
We’re looking for a tenant who is friendly, easy going and will keep the place clean. The tenancy is for 1 year. We will organise the viewings personally but the property is managed through an agency who will require references and the standard checks. The room is available to students if they are happy to pitch in on council tax.
Rent excludes bills which come to approx. £150 per month. This includes broadband, utilities and council tax (band D).
If you are interested please get in touch with a bit about yourself and your availability to view the room.
We look forward to meeting you.
All the best,
Lou and Liam
