The master bedroom (unfurnished) is a good size with a built-in wardrobe and lots of natural light ☀️
The flat has recently been renovated to a high standard with a large bathroom (bath & waterfall shower!) and open-plan living/kitchen space (full-size fridge-freezer & dishwasher). We also have a utility room & washing machine.
The flat is in a great location: a couple of minutes walk from Jesus Green/15 mins walk from the City Centre.
The perfect flatmate would be considerate, respectful & clean! The flat is my home and I love living here. It’s a very peaceful space that would be best suited to someone who values a relaxed home environment.
I’m in the final year of my PhD & work long hours (often from home), so I’m looking for someone who’s happy doing their own thing, but would also enjoy the occasional shared vegan meal or evening hanging out 😊🌿

Rent is £850 pcm with bills an additional £95 pcm. Deposit amount is £950, to be paid prior to moving in.
Best suited to other PhD students for tax reasons. Please note any non-students will be wholly responsible for paying council tax in addition to bills (approx. £180 pcm).
