House share in central Cambridge (Parker's Piece)

We have one large furnished double room becoming available from mid/late October in central Cambridge just between Parker's Piece and the Grafton Centre. £660 per month with all bills included.

The house has six bedrooms, two bathrooms and a nice kitchen + living room area, as well as an outdoor space with a seating area, a BBQ and space to store your bike. You will join our international PhD student community from mixed colleges. Contract is 6 months minimum and for graduate students only as otherwise council tax would need to be paid.

You can expect an absolutely great location and friendly, calm but social housemates who enjoy outdoor exercise, board games and good cooking!
