Looking for someone to take over my tenancy (available from 18th December) for a cosy room in a 3 bedroom house-share!
House is shared with 2 other sociable and easygoing males in 20s and 30s. Property includes a spacious kitchen/living room area and plenty of storage on a quiet street in central Cambridge. Large bathroom shared with just one other person in the house. Less than a 10 minute walk from the train station and town centre with lots of little shops right on our doorstep!
Officially, the room is unfurnished but I will be leaving the bed and drawers behind when I move out.
£600 a month + bills (roughly £100 a month)
