Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a shared house located in Orchard Park, Cambridge — a modern and peaceful area with newbuild homes, Tesco open until 11pm daily, and various takeaways nearby.

The house comprises a large kitchen, toilet downstairs, bathroom incl. toilet on the first floor and spacious garden.

This is a bedroom with office/living room in a shared house (one downstairs and one on the first floor) for one occupant only.

Rooms come unfurnished, but I’ll be selling my bed (with a well-kept and relatively new foam mattress), large wardrobe, and shelves if you’d like to buy them.

👥 You’ll be sharing house with three friendly Brazilian housemates around 27 years old. The house has a relaxed and tidy atmosphere — perfect if you speak Portuguese (though everyone speaks English too!).

💰 Rent: 440 per month + bills (1/4 share of council tax, water, energy bills and Internet via Splitwise as each housemate takes care of some bills)

🔍The tenancy agency will perform a proper reference check via Blinc UK, do make sure that your employer can offer a reference as well your current landlord/agency and that you are comfortable providing the passport scan, bank statements, share code for right to rent and anything else they might ask for. New tenant is responsible for paying the reference check fee (mine was £60).
